The practice was commissioned to design a mixed-use scheme over the escape and service shaft for the Jubilee Line close to Green Park in London. The design comprised five 200sqm apartments, one per floor, on the lower five floors with two floors of offices to the top of the building.
The client requested a ‘Georgian’ treatment to the elevations and we used a mix of Portland Stone types, Flemish brick work and bronze windows to produce a high-quality facade. Following the granting of the permission we were then commissioned to prepare contract drawings and act as the contract administrator for the project.
