The five houses which form a short terrace fronting onto Clapham Common had been converted into a back packer hotel in the 1970s and we were commission to develop a scheme to comprehensively remodel, repair, improve and to convert them into high value apartments.
As part of the works, we reinstated lost cornices, skirtings and joinery, improved the thermal efficiently and acoustic separation and worked closely with the interior design to create beautiful high value apartments.
